Property Management Services


The property management services offered are designed for those who wish to have their own investment properties let and managed by a professional and experienced company and to leave all maintenance, supervisory and administrative in our hands. Looking after a property, including repairs and maintenance, is time consuming and can cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. Maintaining decorative standards, dealing with day-to-day maintenance matters and carrying out any necessary repairs by providing the services of tradespeople i.e. electricians, plumbers, decorators, gardeners, etc. as required. When a large item of expenditure is anticipated alternative quotes will be obtained.

Insurance Cover Management

Advising on suitable insurance cover for property and paying insurance premiums on behalf of owner, if required, and processing relevant insurance claims, should they arise.

Having repairs carried out following storm or fire damage and submitting quotations and invoices with insurance claims to owner¹s insurance company.

Because we believe it is so important that your property is adequately insured, we offer you a competitive insurance policy arranged with a leader insurance organisation with complete financial security.
