Introduction


The mission of Sunny Design is to offer high quality villa and apartment holidays in the Costa del Sol. We are pride to maintain a top quality property portfolio, thereby we provide a comprehensive range of Letting and Management Services in the Holiday Property Market in the Costa del Sol - SPAIN.

Sunny Design offers to property owners security and peace of mind by handling all aspects of letting with a very personal range of services which are designed to cover all requirements and eventualities in the letting, management and maintenance of villas and apartments for holiday.

There is absolutely no charge for preparing and featuring your property in any brochure and we do not charge you a commission on bookings. We make substantial investment in sales and promotional activities on your behalf and at no cost to you - we take the risks until we take the bookings. Our revenue comes from adding a margin to the mutually agreed rent and from the competitive holiday services we offer to our clients.

How we work with you

Our professional and friendly support team will help you to make the most of your property investment with the security of knowing that the administration of your bookings is in the hands of a team with a long experience on tourism on the Costa del Sol.


Property Assessment

As the first step in letting your property we will arrange to visit and photograph your villa or apartment and discuss all the details including our minimum standards, availability and booking conditions. Our company representative will advise you on current market rental levels, decorative standards and discussing any other personal requirements for preparing your property for the letting market.

The property assessment is absolutely free of charge for you and without any obligation to continue with the letting agreement, please do hesitate to contact us for a property assessment.

Seasonal Letting Agreement

We agree with you a nett weekly rental according to the season, payment dates and all conditions, which are set out in our Seasonal Letting Agreement which is reviewed annually for the following year.

There are several options for managing your holiday property and we can help you to find the best solution for you depending on your objectives and needs. From a full letting service and property management to handle everything for you to a basic booking service with availability "on request" where we just take booking inquiries and organise the payments.

Rents are paid in advance to owners by banker's order, or agreed method, on the date stated in the Seasonal Letting Agreement and in the agreed currency.

Advertising, Marketing and Promotion

With all properties included in our portfolio we make substantial investment in sales and promotional activities at no cost to you - we take the risks until we take the bookings.

We promote extensively by publicising on our own Internet Holiday Centre and circulating details to strategic partners, including specialist tour-operators and travel agencies throughout the UK, Germany and our network of overseas agents covering Europe, the United States of America and Australia, amongst others.

All partners and agents with whom Sunny Design deal will be top-notch professionals with accomplished backgrounds. If they fail, at any time, to meet our rigid standards of quality, they will not be used. Our aim is to find a reliable guest at the best market rent and within a reasonable period of time.

Our Internet Holiday Centre and world-wide network of partners attracts international clients and generates a large volume of bookings throughout the year, which clearly deliver to our owners.

Booking Administration

With the aim to keep you well-informed, any booking and amendment is always confirmed to you as soon as they occur and, additionally, you will also receive a monthly booking summary.

Our rental payment is made by banker's order, or any agreed method, and on the agreed currency. We pride ourselves on paying our owners on time according to the agreed schedule. A remittance advice is sent with each payment.

Personal Management Service

We include a personal management service for all properties included in our programme, everything without any charge for you, with the objective to maintain the quality and value of the property, one of the key for the success of our holiday services business.

A member of our staff will make frequent visits to the property so that they can have first-hand knowledge of each property and advise owner of any problems encountered or maintenance required. They can therefore speak about your property with confidence and answer any particular questions a client making a booking may have.

In addition, we provide a comprehensive range of Property Management Premium Services related to letting service, if required, very suitable for overseas owners. A property that is in good condition is more likely to attract higher rental income and discerning clients, thereby maintaining the value of the property.

When deciding to let your property you will need to take out adequate insurance cover. Because we believe it is so important that your property is adequately insured, we offer you a competitive insurance policy arranged with a leader insurance organisation with complete financial security. The insurance cover has been negotiated on behalf of all clients on very favorable terms with one of our strategic partners.

What we are looking for

Over the years we have found that our clients have become progressively more discerning about their holiday requirements. As a result, we look for properties which are well equipped, attractive and comfortable located in the Costa del Sol - SPAIN.

Whether in the country or on the coast, we like to offer our clients pool-side villas and apartments in beautiful locations, generally within easy striking distance of shopping, catering and leisure facilities.

The property should be comfortably furnished, equipped and maintained providing good quality living conditions. At least, the property should have suitable sitting-room and dining room furniture, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a good standard of facilities as well as beds and wardrobes. Any extra facility will be valuable and improve your letting possibilities.
